1) Sales Executive

Toba HR consists of a very close-knit team of +- 30 employees where collaboration is the key to our success. To complete the dream team we are looking for a new colleague within the Sales Department.
What is the job?
- You are a top promoter of the latest HR software packages
- You give demos to potential customers
- You are the crucial link in the relationship between Toba HR and its customers
- You are responsible for deepening our business development in Brussels and Wallonia
- Your contacts are often HR professionals and board members
- You follow the HR market closely and detect new developments
- You work result-oriented in line with the budgets and objectives

- You have an absolute passion for sales and excellent communication skills
- You ideally have experience with the sale of software packages
- You are fascinated by the many challenges within the HR domain
- You have a strong nose for opportunities
- You are hands-on and can work independently
- You are a born networker who can spot opportunities with great pleasure and enthusiasm
- You have an excellent knowledge of French, or it is your mother tongue. You also excel in Dutch and English

2) Developer

Toba HR consists of a very close-knit team of +- 30 employees where collaboration is the key to our success. To complete the dream team we are looking for a new colleague in the Development team.
What is the job?
- You further develop our own HR software applications.
- You further develop our existing web application.
- Since quality is essential, you will also test the functionalities to make sure they respond to the required improvements.
- Since the history and context of adaptations are essential, you will also assist in drawing up the technical documentation.
- As a Developer, you are aware of the trends and evolutions with regard to new technologies and methodologies. You will not hesitate to discuss new input with your team.

- By preference about 3 years of experience as .NET Developer.
- Eye for detail / real teamplayer.
- Active problem-solver and keen to share advice and input.
- Solid practical knowledge of .NET Framework.
- Solid knowledge of various development tools and the .NET-toolchain (NuGet, Visual Studio, Git).
- Solid knowledge of C#.
- You are able to develop WebAPI's that serve the front-end team.
- Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft).
- Solid knowledge of Angular.

3) Project Consultant

Toba HR Solutions is a Belgian company that offers intelligent and intuitive software solutions for streamlining all human capital processes: workforce planning, remuneration, training and administration.
Toba HR consists of a very close-knit team of +- 30 employees where collaboration is the key to our success. To complete the dream team we are looking for a new colleague in the Consultant team.
What is the job?
As soon as a contract is signed, you are responsible for the implementation at the client.
Depending on the size of the project, you either work individually or in teams.
You will never be on your own. Our teams consist of 20 Consultants, divided into teams.
As a project consultant, you are involved in the project on various levels:
- Participation in the functional analysis
- Parametrisation of the tool
- Teaching the user (and the end user) how to use the tool
You are also the point of contact between the client and the Development team.
And now... let's get down to work!
During your training, you will learn the ropes of our tool and method of working.
No single project, no single request will be the same. You will be challenged on a daily basis in order to find the most appropriate solution.
Skills such as creativity, problem-solving and out of the box thinking are highly welcome.
You will be challenged. But the Consultant team and the Development team will always be near to help.
As in any job, there is an administrative side that needs to be taken good care of.
