Digital personnel file

Our digital personnel file in Tribe Manager will allow you to manage all employee data. A large amount of data is loaded from the payroll package. However, it can also be used to manage (and centralise) diplomas, contracts, certificates and other documents. This will create a completely digital information file for all employees.

 

Training management

Tribe Manager also supports organisations with the supply and management of various formal training courses or discussion moments with teams eligible for informal training courses. The accreditation module in Tribe Timer can be used to accredit both certificates and training courses within the various different domains.

 

Competence management

Each organisation requires the necessary competencies and skills. But how do employees know which ones these are? Do they want to respond to this and continue to develop their talents, then they will need to be aware of what the organisation needs. The same applies to job descriptions, which also are not always that easy to find, but employees will be assessed on these. Within Tribe Timer we will ensure job descriptions and competencies are instantly accessible to everyone and can quickly be edited and adjusted in line with reality. The competence management therefore becomes a means for further development, performance measurement and the performance of each employee.

 

Evaluation management

Performance appraisals with employees do not always run perfectly: some managers will rarely or never conduct such evaluations, meeting reports get lost or an insufficient effort is made to follow up the actions of agreements entered into during those meetings. The user can plan and manage the start and follow up of the various different evaluation moments with Tribe Timer. The results of the various different evaluation moments will be stored in a structured manner and any possible action points resulting from the evaluation will be registered and actively followed up within the package.

 

Resources management

Occupational clothing, laptop, tablet, mobile... Each employee has a number of resources at his or her disposal to efficiently carry out their job. The follow-up of this requires a huge amount of administration. Tribe Manager can offer a suitable solution with the resources management module. This doesn’t just only take care of the administration follow-up, but also of the associated work flows. Soon the employee will even be automatically informed about exchanges, returns, collections or other actions to be taken.
